When I decided to replace my old TVs with state-of-the-art HDTVs, I didn’t know anything about web-connected HDTVs, or the difference between LCD, LED, Plasma, 60 Hz, or 120Hz sets. Additionally, I wanted to forego my satellite service and use the antenna that I had on the roof. I didn’t want to deal with some impersonal, big-box chain store whose only priority was making a sale. I needed to find somebody who would inform me of the selections available, listen to my concerns, make suggestions, take care of the installation, and help me make the best choices. That’s what I found with Paul Tyler at Audio Visions in Solon.

Paul was able to design a great custom HDTV package for me that satisfied all my requirements and included delivery, installation, and setup. But what really set him apart was the personal attention and the additional time he spent with me ensuring that I knew about all the features on my new TVs and how to operate everything. He showed me how to subscribe and connect to movies from Netflix, how to watch TV shows from Hulu, videos from YouTube, updates from Facebook and listen to music from Pandora. Even more, Paul made sure that the antenna would work and even researched area antenna dealers who would be able to help me out if I needed additional antenna service. And, believe it or not, he even calls from time to time to make sure that everything is OK and to see if I have any questions.

I know that I would never find that type of personal attention from a large chain store. And I didn’t pay any more for the great service—the TVs were below retail price! Frankly, I didn’t think that service like that even existed today. You can’t go wrong with Paul Tyler at Audio Visions in Solon. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!
